1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jlbet1 account. 3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of funds from their jlbet1 account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlbet1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Any bonus that is not activated within 7 days of being credited, or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account without notification. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on jlbet1 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each game or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly concerning game outcomes.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding. jlbet1 will not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules (e.g., early cash-out features in sports betting).
• jlbet1 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or where a market was offered in error.
• In sports betting, jlbet1 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on any market, restrict betting markets, or suspend in-play wagering at its sole discretion, particularly in response to market movements or events affecting game integrity.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. jlbet1 does not and cannot influence game outcomes once a bet is placed.
• Jackpot prizes displayed on the platform are subject to the relevant jackpot game's specific terms and conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbet1 platform. Engaging in any of the actions below will result in account suspension or permanent termination, withholding of balances pending investigation, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers without human interaction
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from known exploits are void

• Money laundering — using jlbet1 to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of unlawful activities

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlbet1 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with jlbet1's software, systems, or security measures

9 Privacy & Data Protection

jlbet1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlbet1 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and will not sell or transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only where required to process payments, comply with PAGCOR reporting obligations, fulfill AML/CTF legal requirements, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

jlbet1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10.1 Player Tools

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any feature thereof

jlbet1's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

jlbet1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including for reasons such as:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims that are found to be without merit
• Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward jlbet1 staff or other players

Where an account is closed for cause, jlbet1 may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and PAGCOR guidelines. Where an account is closed without cause — for example, for business reasons at jlbet1's discretion — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlbet1 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlbet1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Matters involving PAGCOR licensing compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established regulatory channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlbet1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlbet1 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jlbet1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
